Order of the Crimson Vespers
Public lore preserves the setting's disagreements and uncertain histories.
A nocturnal order of vampire commanders and blood-knights holding fortified frontier keeps during The Severed Hosts.
Immortal discipline#
Founded by legion officers who embraced the blood-curse rather than perish when their supply lines were severed, the Order of the Crimson Vespers blends iron martial discipline with vampiric predation.
Pacts in the dark#
From nocturnal citadels along the frontier, the Vespers recognize necromancer lords and blood-casters who command risen hosts, standing among the few powers willing to ally with or vassalize an undead realm.
